Delete your Theia account

You can permanently delete your Theia account and associated data.

Delete in the app

1. Open Theia and go to Settings.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Review the confirmation text and confirm deletion.

The app signs you out and starts deletion of your account data, inventory, photos, contacts, transactions, and stored documents.

Can’t access the app?

Email jh@gettheia.co from the address associated with your account. Include “Account deletion request” in the subject. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on the request.

Deletion begins when the request is confirmed. Residual backup copies may take up to 30 days to be removed. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
