These Terms govern your use of Theia, an inventory-management application for independent jewelry dealers. By creating an account or using Theia, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

Your data

You retain ownership of the inventory, photos, contacts, and other content you enter. You grant Theia permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use Theia to violate another person’s rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, descriptions, invoices, and other business records.

Availability and changes

We may improve, suspend, or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update these Terms and will post the revised date here.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using Theia and delete your account at any time through the in-app Settings → Delete account flow or our deletion instructions.
